Auto Settlement Service

Purpose:

The Auto Settlement Service allows configured hourly auto settlement execution (for each hour of the day). When you activate auto settle, your terminal has a set time to dial out to the Host for settlement. Auto settlement capabilities can be disabled.

Common usage:

Settlement occurs when the merchant sends all of its card transactions to the servicer to receive payment.

Email Notifications:

  • Email notification is sent at the start of the auto settlement process.
  • Email notification is sent for successful auto settlement processes.
  • Email notification is sent for failed auto settlement processes.
  • Email notification is sent at the end of the auto settlement process.
